Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania & Transfer to your hotel in Arusha

Arrive at Tanzania’s Kilimanjaro International Airport for your 6 Days Family Safari in Tanzania. Upon arrival, our representative will be readily waiting to welcome you with your family to Tanzania where you will be spending the next six days. They will then transfer you to your booked hotel in Arusha. Arrive at the hotel and check-in.

Spend the rest of the day relaxing and unwinding at the hotel. Your safari guide will later join you at dinner for a briefing about this 6 Days Tanzania wildlife safari. Overnight at your hotel in Arusha.

Day 2: Visit Tarangire National Park

On the second day of this tour, you will enjoy your first adventure. Wake up early in the morning and enjoy a sumptuous breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park, a journey that takes about 2 hours. Arrive in Tarangire National Park and enjoy your first wildlife sightseeing game drive. Tarangire National Park is renowned for its large elephant population that is accustomed to safari vehicles and you can view these majestic animals just a few meters from your safari vehicle. Besides Elephants, Tarangire also boasts several other wildlife species including; lions, giraffes, Zebras, buffalos, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, warthogs, and baboons among others. It is also home to a vast array of birdlife with up to 500 different species recorded within the park borders.

Enjoy your game drive in Tarangire, and witness both the spectacular sceneries and its remarkable wildlife. As it approaches time for lunch, proceed with an en-route game towards your booked safari accommodation. Arrive at your lodge and check in.

Lunch will be served at you lodge, enjoy your lunch with family and then prepare for your afternoon adventure. After lunch, embark on a memorable afternoon game drive in the Park. The busy afternoon sees various species prepare for the final feast as they brace themselves for the chilly nights. You will witness various species during your game drive. As your day comes to an end and the sun goes down, you’ll be thrilled by the stunning scenery of the golden savannas cast by the setting sun – amplifying the feeling of peace and serenity in Africa, an experience you’ll cherish for a lifetime.

Later transfer back to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Visit Ngorongoro Conservation Area & Ngorongoro Crater

Today you will visit the Ngorongoro Conservation Area & Ngorongoro Crater for your next adventure experience on this 6 Days Family Safari in Tanzania. Wake up early and enjoy breakfast at your lodge. Following breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and Ngorongoro Crater, a journey that takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Arrive at Ngorongoro and enjoy a scenic game drive in the area viewing different wildlife species that call this place home. After exploring the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, proceed with your drive to the crater rim where your booked safari lodge is located.

Arrive at the lodge and check in. Lunch will be served at your lodge. After lunch, prepare to for the afternoon adventure. You’ll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater floor for a memorable game-viewing experience on this classic Tanzania 6 days wildlife safari. After an early morning breakfast, enjoy a sunrise game drive in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The short drive from Ngorongoro Conservation Area to Serengeti National Park will give you an opportunity to view the scenic countryside on this safari.

Arrive in Serengeti National Park and proceed with a drive to your booked safari lodge. Check in at the lodge and have a short rest and lunch before embarking on yet another thrilling afternoon adventure on this 6 Days Family Safari in Tanzania. After lunch, head out for a thrilling afternoon game drive in the vast wilderness of Serengeti National Park. Serengeti National Park is renowned for its vast wilderness that teems with large numbers of different wildlife species including lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalos, elephants, cheetahs, hippos, crocodiles, Hyenas Africa Wild Dogs, zebras, gazelles, and wildebeest among others.

While on your afternoon game drive in the park, you will enjoy witnessing these species roaming the vast Serengeti wilderness or even catch a glimpse at the top predators trying to make a kill for dinner. Besides the abundant wildlife that you’ll witness, you will also have an opportunity to immerse in one of Africa’s most stunning wilderness. Day 5: Full day exploring Serengeti National Park

The 5^th day of this 6 Days Family Safari in Tanzania, offers plenty of opportunities to witness Serengeti’s natural wonders. Start your day early with a soothing breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast, depart the lodge for an early morning game drive in the Serengeti plains. Serengeti is popular for its spectacular wildebeest migration and today you will have a great opportunity to track down the migrating mammals for a spectacular safari experience. Your experienced driver guide will take you to some of the best spot for witnessing the wildebeest migration in Serengeti for a memorable safari experience.

You’ll witness thousands or even tens of thousands of wildebeest and their entourage traverse the wide Serengeti plains while top African predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs all staking them for opportunities to have a meal. There is nothing as exciting as witnessing this natural spectacle.

As it approaches lunch time, your driver guide will then drive you to a scenic but safe spot in the park to have a picknick lunch. Enjoy your meal while marveling at the serene beauty of the Serengeti wilderness. After lunch, proceed with another game drive in the park for wildlife viewing opportunities or just go for an optional cultural tour to the nearby Maasai Communities (at an extra cost).

Later in the day, return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 6: Transfer Back to Arusha & Departure

Wake up early in the morning and enjoy a sunrise game drive in Serengeti National Park before you transfer back to Arusha. On your morning game drive enjoy viewing various species, looking out for those that you might have missed during the previous game drives in the park. There is also an opportunity to admire Serengeti’s beauty one more time before you depart for Arusha.

After your spectacular game drive, return to the lodge and enjoy breakfast. After breakfast, drive to Arusha. Arrive at Arusha and drop of at your preferred drop off point (Hotel or Airport).
