Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale National Park and Bigodi Swamp walk
Start the day with an early breakfast, then head to the Kanyancu visitor center for a briefing on chimpanzee trekking etiquette. Learn the essential dos and Don’ts to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. You will then embark on a guided walk in groups of 8, accompanied by an expert ranger. Venture into the lush forest, which is home to a diverse array of primates which including baboons, monkeys, and chimpanzees, being the most sought after in the forest. Upon locating a chimpanzee family, spend an unforgettable hour observing these intelligent creatures up close and capture stunning photos, and create lifelong memories.
